What guarantee do you have for your products?
We guarantee that the product is as it is described and will arrive in said condition. If for any reason there is a discrepancy between the item you received and the description of the item you purchased, we will do everything we can to correct the problem. We strive for 100% satisfaction.

How do you rate your product's condition?
We rate our items as follows. Brand new- It's just that, brand new. Like new- new except that the original wrapper/ or labels are missing. Excellent- Except for some very minor or almost invisible marks and very light wear this item would be the same as a new item. Very good- A item that is used but has been very well cared for. Very little wear and very few visible marks. Good- A used item that has your normal wear and tear but is still very usable. This item will have scuffs, scars and marks from use. The wear will be described in the description. Fair- A item that has not been well cared for and has a lot of wear to show for it but is still usable as is. We will sell very few of these items. Poor- A item that is barely usable as is. We will not sell any item in this condition. A example of a exception to this rule would be a video that has a case in poor condition but the tape it's self is in very good or good condition.

How do you ship your items?
We ship most items through USPS. We use whichever service is the most practical or reasonable for the item being shipped. examples are as follows. Media items ship via Media mail. Clothing can usually be shipped priority for about the same as parcel post. An item's weight determines which method we use.

Can I choose a different shipping service?
At this time We do not have the ability to offer multiple shipping services in my ads. If there is an item that you want and would prefer a certain service then email us at dayvillagesales@windstream.net and let us know which item you're interested in and which shipping service you would like and I will go in and temporarily change the service to the one you desire so you can check out using that service, if it is available.

How long does it take to process a order?
We guarantee all items ship within three business days of payment confirmation. Most items ship within 24hrs of payment confirmation.
